Steven A. Cohen was born in Philadelphia in 1950 and admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1976. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972 and graduated cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 1975. Mr. Cohen is a member of the Delaware County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Mr. Cohen focuses his practice on the areas of real estate, business law and wills, trusts and estates.
