Donald T. Petrosa was born and raised in Delaware County. He was admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1973 and has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Petrosa received his B.A. from the University of Delaware in 1970 and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1973, receiving honors through Psi Chi and Omicron Delta Kappa. Mr. Petrosa served as Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County from 1976 to 1977 and as First Assistant District Attorney of Delaware County from 1979 to 1981. He has served as Solicitor for the Middletown Township Planning Commission since 1990 and formerly served as Solicitor for Chadds Ford Township. He is a member of the Delaware County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Mr. Petrosa focuses his practice on the areas of real estate, municipal law and zoning / land development.
