Ken Kynett is a shareholder of the firm and focuses his practice primarily in the areas of business law, municipal law and real estate, including acquisitions, financing, and zoning / land development. He provides advice and counsel to local, regional and national clients.
Mr. Kynett received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems from James Madison University, graduating cum laude. After spending almost a decade as an information technology professional, he entered the evening division and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law, also graduating cum laude.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
