M. Elizabeth Naughton-Beck is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She specializes in municipal law, zoning/land use, real estate and all aspects of civil litigation. She has broad experience representing board directors, municipal government officials and commercial property owners with all aspects of legal counseling, risk management and strategy. Ms. Beck has litigated cases throughout Pennsylvania and has significant experience with the negotiation of land development, commercial, construction and employment agreements. She is a former law clerk to the Honorable Charles B Burr, II of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. Beck attended Villanova University, where she was on the Dean's List and served as the President of the Student Union. While at Villanova, she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. She earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1991. While at Widener she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and attended a semester at the University of Nairobi, Faculty of Law in Nairobi Kenya.
Ms. Beck is currently Chairperson of the Delaware County Drug & Alcohol Advisory Board, Chairperson of Values into Action and Vice Chairperson of The Community's Foundation.
Ms. Beck resides in Wallingford, PA with her husband, Martin, and their three children.
